An Italian woman who ordered the largest possible fake breasts is being hunted after leaving without paying her bill for the operation.
Detectives have few leads on where the woman is, but hope her unusually big bra size will prove a give away.
The surgically-enhanced fugitive had paid more than £5,000 to have her breast size doubled by surgeon Jamal Salhi.
The woman fled the private hospital in Rome having undergone a two-hour operation.
Police have issued a photograph of the woman post-surgery to help with their hunt.
Mr Salhi told Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera: "Unfortunately this kind of fraud isn't that unusual."
